Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) is doubling down on artificial intelligence with deepened collaborations involving OpenAI and Anthropic. The company plans to integrate their advanced models into its Agentforce 360 platform, aiming to embed AI-driven efficiencies across business workflows. CEO Marc Benioff frames this as a step toward building an "Agentic Enterprise."

The integration of OpenAI's GPT-5 will enable Salesforce customers to query CRM data directly via ChatGPT, pulling sales records, analyzing customer interactions, and generating Tableau visualizations through natural language commands. A new Agentic Commerce feature will also allow U.S. merchants to sell products within ChatGPT while retaining control over transactions and customer data—supported by a Stripe partnership.

Slack, which processes 5.2 billion weekly messages, will also see AI enhancements, including ChatGPT-powered conversation summaries. While the announcement focuses on enterprise applications, the underlying AI infrastructure could have Ripple effects for blockchain and crypto projects leveraging similar models for automation and data analysis.
